Return Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. These return conditions apply to the Buyer purchasing goods in the online store www.aromatic89.lt, operated by the Seller.

1.2. The return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and these terms.

2. Return of Non-Defective Goods
2.1. A Buyer who has purchased a product remotely (via the online store) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product by informing the Seller.

2.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing – by email or another method indicated by the Seller – clearly stating the order number and the items being returned.

2.3. The Buyer must send the product back to the Seller within 14 calendar days from the day the withdrawal notice is sent to the Seller.

3. Conditions for Returning Non-Defective Goods
3.1. Non-defective goods may be returned if:

3.1.1. they have not been used or worn more than necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning;

3.1.2. they are not damaged, have no signs of misuse, and have not lost their original commercial appearance;

3.1.3. they are, as far as reasonably possible, in their original, tidy packaging with labels, protective seals, or similar elements intact.

3.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged for return to avoid additional damage during shipping.

3.3. If the product has been used or altered in a way that reduces its value, the Seller may reasonably reduce the refundable amount to the Buyer.

4. Non-Returnable Goods
4.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, non-defective goods that have been opened, sprayed, visibly used, or otherwise lost their initial hygienic condition are generally non-returnable, including but not limited to:

4.1.1. opened or used perfumery products;

4.1.2. opened or used body, facial, hair care, or other cosmetic products.

5. Return and Replacement of Defective Goods
5.1. If the Buyer believes they received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must contact the Seller as soon as possible and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the product and its packaging.

5.2. Upon receiving information about a potentially defective product, the Seller will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution:

5.2.1. replacement with an identical non-defective product;

5.2.2. replacement with another product;

5.2.3. a refund.

5.3. If it is confirmed that the product was defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly, the cost of returning the product and/or reshipping a replacement is covered by the Seller.

6. Return Methods and Costs
6.1. Returned goods must be sent to the address specified by the Seller or via another method indicated by the Seller. Detailed return instructions are provided to the Buyer individually once the return request is approved.

6.2. In the case of returning non-defective goods, the cost of shipping the goods back to the Seller is typically covered by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

6.3. If defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly fulfilled items are returned, the return shipping costs are usually covered by the Seller.

7. Refunds
7.1. Refunds for returned goods are issued to the Buyer no later than 14 calendar days from the date the Seller receives and inspects the returned goods.

7.2. Refunds are typically issued using the same payment method the Buyer used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.

7.3. If the Buyer selected additional or more expensive delivery services, these additional delivery costs may not be refunded, as permitted by applicable consumer protection regulations.
